Individuals able to supervise and operate the restaurant as a supervisor figure. Must be able to problem solve, have excellent guest skills, cash handling skills and ability to manage teams in a high volume restaurant. Want to learn and grow in Primos Public Corner and help run existing structures on a daily basis.
- Minimum 2 years previous experience supervising high volume restaurants preferred.
- Excellence in restaurant knowledge in multiple positions
- Excellence in Guest Service Skills
- Ability to manage and run teams in a high volume atmosphere
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Must be able to multitask and problem solve to give the best result for the guest and Primos Public Corner Team Members.
- Must be able to work hand in hand with management to run outlined task within a given shift.
- Excellence in cash handling / cash safety
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
